  • Transport providers
  • Activity and excursion operators
  • Villa owners and management companies

We do not own, operate, manage, or control these third-party services.

All services are delivered by independent providers who are solely responsible for their operations.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • CAMERON MCCLEARY LTD accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss, damage, accident, illness, death, delay, cancellation, or expense incurred during or as a result of any third-party service.
  • Participation in events, activities, transport, or excursions is entirely at the customer’s own risk.
  • Customers acknowledge that events and activities may involve inherent risks, including alcohol consumption, water-based activities, crowded venues, and physical exertion.

You agree that any claims or disputes relating to an event or service must be directed solely to the relevant third-party provider, not to CAMERON MCCLEARY LTD

4. Event Packages & Bookings

Event packages sold through this website:

  • Include access to third-party events only
  • Do not guarantee specific artists, weather conditions, crowd size, or individual experiences
  • Are subject to the rules, entry requirements, and policies of each venue or organiser

Venues reserve the right to:

  • Refuse entry
  • Remove attendees
  • Change event details

No refunds will be provided for refusal of entry due to behaviour, intoxication, dress code violations, or failure to follow venue rules.

5. Changes, Cancellations & Force Majeure

Events and services may be changed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather
  • Safety concerns
  • Government restrictions
  • Venue decisions
  • Technical or operational issues

In such cases:

  • We will attempt to offer an alternative where possible

6. Refund Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Refunds, credits, or compensation (if any) are determined by the relevant third-party provider, not by CAMERON MCCLEARY LTD. Exceptional circumstances can be made depending on situation. This is at the decision of those at CAMERON MCCLEARY LTD if third party venue cannot resolve.

7. Travel & Insurance

Customers are strongly advised to obtain:

  • Comprehensive travel insurance
  • Medical and personal liability insurance
  • Activity-specific insurance where applicable

8. Behaviour & Conduct

Customers are responsible for their own behaviour.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel bookings
  • Refuse service
  • Remove access to packages

In cases of abusive, dangerous, illegal, or disruptive behaviour — with no refund.
